Purpose:
To measure the effects of changes in temperature, pH, and enzyme intentness on reaction rates of enzyme catalyzed reaction in a controlled experiment and to explain how environmental factors affect the rate of enzyme-catalyzed reactions.

Materials/ machine:
1 molar Hcl solution (in dropper bottle)
1 molor NaOh soluton (in dropper bottle)
6 probe electron tubes
Measuring Pipette
10-ml Graduated cylinder
40 ml 3% Hydrogen hydrogen peroxide solution (found in stores)
Sraight-edged razor blade
Scissors and Forceps (tweezers)
Stirring rod
Fresh colorful, Apple, and Potato
Test tube bearers

Ice toilet
Warm pee bath
Boiling peeing bath

Procedures:

Part A - Observe Normal Catalase Reaction
