The stage is about a teenage girl with name Chrissy. Chrissy is a young girl, she has long hair. Chrissy is in admire with a protestant boy, they have been dating for 4 months. Chrissy is Catholic and she is a good girl from a good family.
Chrissy is passing on a date with her (or almost) boyfriend, Ian. Chrissy is catholic and Ian is a protestant, just now none of them sees this as a problem.
The story takes place in Northern Ireland, while the loyalists and republicans were still fighting. But the situation isnt that bad. Even her overprotective big sister, Anna, is willing to let her go out,
with minor precautions.
When Chrissy is waiting to meet Ian, a girl named Eilish Dunne shows up. Eilish is, with her worn out(p) hair, criminal father, smoking habits, slang language and being in girl gangs, almost a cliché version of the kind of girl. Chrissy wear offt like her.
Three of Eilish friends shows up. Theyre all older than Chrissy, and
catholic. The four girls lock Chrissy into a boathouse, where they torture her. E.g. by longing her wrists with cigarettes, cut her jeans/legs, makes her bald, and cuts her in the chest. All of this is done, with the only reason that shes dating a protestant, which father is an active member of the
chromatic Order.
After the night in the boathouse, Chrissy is admitted to the hospital. Her family is very apprehensive about her, but mostly Gemma.
When she saw her sister, were mugged because shes a catholic, she blames Ian, who refused to read the letter.
Even after being tortured in the boathouse, she doesnt hate Protestants as a whole. Its firstly after the one she loves turns out to repel her, because of her believes, she decides to join the contend on people she think, she hates to be a Good miss.
