NAZI GERMANY
Adolf Hitler was born on 20th April 1889 in Austria-Hungary to Alois Hitler and Klara Polzl. He served Germany in the First World War and later united The German Workers Party in 1919, but by so it had only a few members, very little silver and no real political programme. However, all its members shared a common dislike for the Weimar Republic and wanted to make Germany neat again, like how it was before the war. In 1920, Hitler became the leader of the party and renamed it the national Socialist German Workers Party (Nazi Party). The party was set along military lines and in 1921, Hitler set up his own cliquish army, the SA (Sturm-Abteilung or Stormtroopers). They dressed in brown and were sometimes know as the Brownshirts.
The Nazi party had grown rapidly since Hitler had locomote its leader. By 1923, it had 55000 members. In November that same year, Hitler decided that the party was material enough to attempt a putsch in Munich. This revolt became known as The Munich Beer Hall Putsch. The putsch however failed, and terminate in 16 Nazis being shot dead and hundreds of others injured, including Hitler himself.

In March 1932 Hitler had challenged Hindenburg for the Presidency and received an expansive 13,420,000 votes against Hindenburgs 19,360,000. [J O CLOAKE,33] .
