In the Lord of the Flies, Simon, piggish, nor squat rate good examples to become leaders. Each, sea dog, neandertal, and Simon, have different qualities that would help them be good leaders.
Jack is more confident and aggressive than anyone else in the book. He has a precise strong mortalality. Jack does not put up with people arguing with him and always gets his way. Jack was the leader of his choir group and kept them in society throughout the whole book, so he has experience. Even though Jack has all of these characteristics that would restore him a good leader, Jack is too aggressive and violent. Jack would make it more interchangeable a dictatorship, because he is a very savage character.
gluttonous is very logical and he likes to think things through beforehand he does or says them. Piggy always tried to make the sound decision for Ralph, though Ralph would not listen near of the time. He thinks like an adult, always had, even in the beginning. Piggys the one who said they should collect everybodys summons and make a list. Piggy wanted a purification that had golf-club. Piggy is the complete opposite of what Jack is and what he stands for.
Piggy was too much of a pushover though to really be a leader.
Simon is the most sensible and practical person on the island. He has more of an understanding of what is going on on the island. Simon is also very knowledgeable. He is the one who suggests the the beastie is real just inside them. And Simon is the one who discovers that it is only a rise man instead of a beastie. But Simon would not be a good leader because he is a very small, weak boy. He is also rather shy, and to be a good leader they have to be social and loud.
