A mission statement is a statement of the purport of a comp whatever , its reason for existing. The mission statement should sentry the actions of the organization, spell out its overall goal, provide a path, and drop dead decision-making.
I would like to start my essay with my mission. My mission- To provide the nifty accounting knowledge acquired by continuous learning transit and modern method, that is best, highly evaluated.
According to the authors C.K.Prahalad and G.Hamel, who wrote Competing for the Future Harvard Business Review, the core competency provides potential access to a wide build of market, makes a significant contribution to the perceived customer benefits of the peculiarity product and difficult for competitors to attend. And core competence should change in response to changes in the companys environment.
My core competency is my adaptation. This is very profitable advantages for business woman who works in the rapidly changing business environment.
A core competency is unplumbed knowledge, ability, or expertise in a specific subject subject area or skill set.



For example, an individual who becomes certified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) is said to have a core competency in certain Accounting concepts. To my side, fundamental knowledge of Human resource management and expertise in an accounting sector are my core competence too.
