Were here today to re feeling some key figures and to outline the frugal production and emersion in Vietnam over the last 10 historic period. So that I intend to do is to breakdown this manifestation into 3 main parts: First, the Theory review, second, the applications in Vietnam and finally, the pass that we propose. Regarding the theme of the Real gross domestic product growth rate in Vietnam over the period from 2000 to 2010 . As you can see in the graph here

The deliverance of Viet Nam has importantly changed in the first decade of 21 century.
As u can see the data from the graph, there was the statistic of GDP growth rate of economy in the last 10 years and we can divide the developing trend of Viet Nams economy into 2 periods with 2 five years plan in the first decade of 21st century.
From 2000 to 2005 the trend tends to increase little by little (from 6.79% to 8.44%), with this, the first 5 years plan of VN government in the 21 century was completed successful. However, in second 5 years plan it met some troubles.
Although 2006 and 2007 still remained at almost 8.3 but particularly in 2008 and 2009 GDP rate dropped dramatically, it however was 6.31 and 5.2 respectively. The reason was responsible for this situation which was almost by the planetary financial crisis, especially in America. This leaded to some force:
