Communication differences between multiplications

A persons eon shape the way he or she communicates. The topic that I chose is communication differences between generations, because different generations have different perspectives towards communication. I picked this topic because I work at Safeway as a cashier and we have all age of throng functional there, and I saw that different generations communicate differently with customers and separate employees.
Different generations have different styles of communication and thats because our cosmos has changed so much in the last 30 50 years. As we have been introduced to more advanced technology people have changed the way they communicate. As we know that traditionalist in the 1925-1945 prefer more of prospect to hardiness communication or hand written letters. There communication obstacle were telecommunicate, kiosk phones (used only for emergency), text, social networking sites, and fax. This was a result of less fellowship about technology and fewer facilities provided. As we move along baby boomers in the 1946-1964 preferred telephone, fax, email, group meetings, cell phones (not for texting), and face to face communication. There obstacles were social networking sites, texting, and blogging.



As we enter generation X 1965 - 1978 communication obstacles were hand written letters, team discussions, had barrier with communicating up or down a generation, near barriers with social networking sites, and face to face communication. Generation X preferred email, texting, cell phone, blogging, instant message, and online forums. Generation Y 1979 - 1997 had difficulty with face to face conversation, telephone conversation, and professional or even day-after-day letter writing. Generation y preferred text, online social networks, and email (but only for school work).
