A youth named equality 7-2521, a character in the apologue Anthem, by Ayn Rand, is an outcast in his society. In the society Equality lives in, everyone is equal. They are assigned jobs, and cypher is seen as an individual. Everyone is supposed to live up to certain expectations. through with(predicate) a chain of events Equality finds himself meeting The Golden wholeness, and hiding in a tunnel writing, and working on his box of light, which will eventually break him into trouble with the elders. When Equality has successfully finished experimenting with his box of light, he takes it to the world council, exactly they reject him out of fear and anger for the new, unheard of invention. The just thing Equality can do now is head for the hills the only thing he has ever kn possess, the we society, to try and quarter it on his own, as an are influenced by the expectations set upon them by the people around them. Antonio and Equality two had ideas pressure upon them, and both characters, because of gained knowledge, went against these expectations in the pursuit of individuality, which changed them and overall made them into the people they became by the end of the novel.

Equality, Rands main character, lived in a we society therefore, he was evaluate to be like everyone else, to be a route sweeper, like he was assigned.
