Leadership can affect the performance of the organization depending on the level at which the leader function delegated to the manager and team leaders to plan, organize, catch and operate effectively.
An effective leader bequeath use mixture at the workplace to combat the fierce competition in the market place. Active listening, questioning, and placing emphasis on verbal and indite communications between management and subordinates ensures the company stays on track with the organizations goal. Employees who feel that they are valued, respected, and indisputable feel happy about the organization and are much likely to put forth maximum opportunity in reaching for the goals.
