Salvador Dali became famous while he was still alive, that fact is rargon. Salvador Dali was born in 1904 in Catalunyna, Spain. He began painting at a young age and had his first prevalent exhibition in a group show when he was only 15 years old.

This painting has an imaginary scene with liquescent clocks laid over a face, a steer and a rectangular block, set in a bleak, rejoicing landscape similar of Dalis birth place. There are few harsh lines in the picture, most of the shapes are soft, which are relaxing to look at.



Very natural colors and tones entertain been used, to bring fourth harmony. Dali has used similar colors in the background. The contrast of light objects against dark makes certain objects stand out, picture attention to the most prominent and important parts of the painting.
